If your order arrives damaged, broken, incorrect, or missing, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We’re here to assist you, but it’s important to note that return requests brought up after this timeframe cannot be processed.
To aid us in resolving the issue, kindly provide a picture of your Order Invoice, which is included in your parcel, this helps us verify your order. Additionally, in cases of damage or incorrect items, we require a picture of the product itself.
Once we’ve verified your complaint within 48 hours, we’ll arrange for a pickup from your address.
Please be aware that we do not offer exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect. For a smooth return process, ensure all products are returned in their original condition, including all seals and tags intact. We conduct a Quality Check upon return to ensure everything is in order. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns if products are returned in a used or damaged condition.

3. State your reason for the exchange request.
4. Rest assured, if there was an error on our part, we’ll take full responsibility. Once your request is approved, we’ll schedule a free pick-up.
